Tackling the challenges of a startup DTC maternity brand by consulting with the Founder on brand identity and positioning, creative direction, product design, and strategy. Develop concept, core palettes, and print direction for seasonal collections through vintage sourcing, market research, and materials sourcing. Designed and executed collection of 8 drops per year across all categories, working closely with in house team and overseas partners from concept to production. Conducted rigorous fit clinics through various stages of pregnancy and postpartum to ensure product viability. Scouted manufacturers, mills, and other partners to strategically boost performance.
