She evolves brand identity by anticipating trends, spearheading new product categories, and driving existing businesses. Her diverse background attests to her proactive nature, strategic acumen, and adaptability to shifting priorities. Naturally collaborative, she is skilled at developing a creatively nurturing environment and producing excellence within a team.

Tackling the challenges of a startup DTC maternity brand by consulting with the Founder on brand identity and positioning, creative direction, product design, and strategy. Develop concept, core palettes, and print direction for seasonal collections through vintage sourcing, market research, and materials sourcing. Designed and executed collection of 8 drops per year across all categories, working closely with in house team and overseas partners from concept to production. Conducted rigorous fit clinics through various stages of pregnancy and postpartum to ensure product viability. Scouted manufacturers, mills, and other partners to strategically boost performance.

Developed original concept design, brand identity and vision through market and trend analysis. Anticipated market shifts towards sustainability and gender inclusion to create a high fidelity brand concept. Running the company from sourcing, project and team management, concept-to-production ownership, to business development and sales. Developed strategic partnerships with established and emerging creators, including Milk Studios, to create original content from short films to artist collaborations.
